Every time I go to iCloud to look at my photos, I see these live photos for a second. It's a peeve of mine, and it really annoys me. This weekend I saw this article in PC Mag, and decided to share it. I'm betting this really ticks off some of you too!

For the amount of people who find this beneficial, they should have made this an option you can turn on, and not have it as the default, so the majority of people will want to turn it off.

Apple is known for some other odd quirks in their products, that makes one wonder if they really thought these issues through, or intentionally try to annoy people a little bit.
